Help  delivery  in France

Shipments take place within 24 hours of receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated on the “basket” page.
After delivery by our Shipping Department, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by Coliposte (tracked Colissimo), 3 working days by Mondial Relay and 1 working day with Chronopost.
These deadlines are in working days, excluding postal delivery problems.

Delivery time to the rest of the world

Your order will be delivered by COLIPOSTE, CHRONOPOST, DHL,  or by BOLLORÉ depending on the country of destination. The countries delivered. 

Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Select the express option during checkout.

REPAYMENT

​

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, ComptoirDesÉpices will reimburse the payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which CompteDesÉpices is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one the Customer used for his order or by bank transfer.
ComptoirDesÉpices may defer this reimbursement until receipt and verification of the Products.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The Customer must return the Products no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating his decision to withdraw.
Returned products must be unopened, complete and undamaged.
